An existing six-story, 49,000 square foot, 1950’s precast building across from St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland provided the needed space for a growing Sisters of Charity Health System. Beegan Architectural Design was retained as part of a design-build process to reinvent this outdated building. The entire facade was removed and replaced including insulated windows and walls. The mechanical and electrical systems were replaced to reduce the energy use of the building by 30%. The top three floors were programmed for the Sisters of Charity Health System and the lower floors configured to accommodate private physician practices. Beegan Architectural Design provided all Programming, Construction Documents and Interior Design Services.
